We’re just as eager as you are, and you set the pace! In our initial Vision Consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, priorities, and timeline. While we can pull together a complete retreat in as little as 3 days, we recommend allowing at least a month between our first conversation and your arrival at your destination. This gives you the best chance of securing your top-choice accommodations and capturing your group’s full vision.

We hope that path leads to working together, but if we’re not the right fit, we’ll gladly point you toward resources to help you plan the retreat you deserve.

We know how much excitement goes into planning a retreat and hope you won’t have to cancel, but we also understand that life happens. If plans change, we’ll work with you to reschedule or fully cancel. We always recommend purchasing travel insurance and can help you choose the best plan for your getaway. Cancellation and rescheduling options vary by package, and we’ll review the details during your Vision Consultation.

The Design package is all about crafting your ideal getaway. We’ll work with you to create a personalized, thoughtfully planned itinerary complete with recommendations for accommodations, activities, dining, and transportation options. You’ll receive everything you need to confidently book the retreat yourself.

The Deluxe package builds on the Design package by taking care of the next big step: we handle the bookings for you. That includes securing accommodations, reserving activities, arranging ground transportation, and managing other trip details. Deluxe also includes the Group Vision Survey from our Discovery package, which helps us understand your group’s preferences and ensure every detail aligns with your shared vision.

If you’re looking for something that falls between Design and Deluxe, we can customize a solution during your Vision Consultation.

Our goal is to bring your dream retreat to life and if that dream evolves, we’re happy to adjust your plans. We categorize changes as minor, moderate, or major. During your Vision Consultation, we’ll review what each category includes, which revisions are already covered in your package, and how any changes may affect your overall plan, including your timeline and budget.
